BBS GmbH, based in Freiberg am Neckar, Germany, has over 75 years of experience in the field of industrial heating technology, thermal post-combustion and boiler design. BBS GmbH was established in 2004 through the merger between BAY Wärmetechnik GmbH and Bay Engineering und Consulting. The new company united the production of industrial boiler systems with the expertise required for engineering modern energy systems and environmental technology. In addition to manufacturing serial products, we also develop and manufacture boilers and apparatus for special applications employed in the cosmetics, chemical and petrochemical industries. Our scope of operation includes steam boilers, hot water boilers and thermal oil boilers. Pure steam generators and waste heat steam boilers for a wide range of applications are also part of our product portfolio.

HORO has been producing and distributing heating cabinets, drying ovens, ultra-drying ovens and humidification chambers since 1945. Whether you are looking for a small heating cabinet for the laboratory or a movable large chamber – our particular area of expertise is in manufacturing special solutions specifically designed for your application! The size of our heating cabinets and drying chambers varies between 20 litres (for example, for laboratory use) and large tunnels with very large volumes (for large chambers and through tunnels). The heating chambers can reach a maximum temperature of 650 °C and are fully lined with stainless steel. The drying process technology is continuously developed to provide improved drying results with considerably reduced energy consumption. We have incorporated Industry 4.0 into our range for many years. Our equipment controls are fitted with Ethernet connection, therefore enabling all possibilities for them to be connected and integrated all around the world.

Qualified specialists are available for your specific application and, in collaboration with you, can develop a system concept in accordance with your vision. Typical applications include hardening, smouldering, heating, smelting, tempering, forging, annealing and coating. We develop and produce our own power supply. Our range of converters in the medium and high frequency range cover 50 Hz to 1000 kHz with power outputs from 2 kW up to several megawatts. Welcome to six decades of induction expertise. Inductoheat Europe – Your contact for all matters relating to induction heating and heat treatment. As part of the global Inductotherm Group, we are technology leaders in the inductive heating sector in Europe. We develop, produce and sell induction heating systems for a wide range of industrial applications at our main plant in Reichenbach. We manufacture standard and special hardening systems as well as inverters in large bandwidths. Inductoheat Europe also operates two contract hardening facilities in Reichenbach and Darmstadt, in which our customers have their small and large batches hardened. Our induction manufacturing plant produces these application-specific wear parts in original equipment quality and, if requested, at top speed.
