IREMA-Filter – A global supplier of filter media. IREMA produces synthetic filter solutions for the automotive, air conditioning and ventilation, and medical sectors, and for other filtration applications. In addition to its synthetic filter media, IREMA also offers MiniPleat products and complete filters (3 V cells, hybrid filters) – tested to ISO 16890, EN 779 or Ashrae 52.2. We have the in-house capability to design, develop and construct our machines and manufacturing technologies. Our comprehensive expertise allows us to create customer-specific filtration solutions and also meet the exacting standards of the filter industry. Our most recent developments: an electrostatic medium with excellent filtration efficiency and very low pressure drop as a replacement for tribo media, a unique synthetic HEPA material with particle separation of up to 99.99%, and a new ePM1 filter material with excellent pressure drop = using 30% less energy with a 70% increase in the dust retention capacity. As a system partner we develop, manufacture and supply customer-specific production technology worldwide as original equipment manufacturer. Our trademark includes flexible assembly systems, laser systems and systems for electrochemical metal processing for the automotive industry, electrical engineering/electronics, medical technology and alternative energy technology. For years, SITEC systems for the automotive industry have been used to fully automatically assemble and laser process high-pressure pumps, water pumps, oil pumps, shift forks, steering systems, camshaft adjusters, stators/inverters, piston rods and components for battery systems and fuel cells such as cell connectors, battery terminals or bipolar plates. In the field of medical technology, industry-compliant systems for the assembly and, in particular, laser micromachining of membranes, implants and surgical instruments are developed and built. In parallel to mechanical and plant engineering we have been producing assemblies and components for customers in the automotive industry in certified quality according to IATF 16949 for many years. Synergy effects result from our technological competence and tailor-made mechanical and plant engineering.
