FEHRMANN Materials produces industrial-grade, high-performance aluminium and can meet the highest demands and requirements. We develop high-performance aluminium alloys for 3D printing, casting and extrusion applications for other vendors and we use these ourselves for the industrial production of sand-casting parts. Fehrmann is a one-stop shop distributor for established 3D printing metal powders such as tool steel powder (1.2709), stainless steel powder 316L, AlSi10Mg, TiAl6V4 powdered alloy (fine/coarse) and CoCr powder. By up scaling quantities, combined with optimised storage and quality assurance, we bring together the advantages of international trade to meet the availability and quality requirements of our customers and promote 3D printing. An additional focus is the development of an aluminium alloy (AlMgty®) with particular mechanical properties – known as high-performance alloys. These are used for casting (sand, chill and die casting) as well as in extrusion and additive manufacturing/3D printing (LPBF/SLM and DED). As experts in aluminium alloys, we place great emphasis on quality and reliability. We aim to always create added value for our customers. AGK® manufactures individual components for thermal and electrical insulation. Based on drawings, we manufacture one-off parts and small lots using CNC; insulation parts are manufactured up to a size of 1300 x 3400 mm. We offer a selection of more than 100 multi-functional insulating materials. DuroBest® materials are suitable for high-strength, electrically insulating machine parts. Thermosetting materials are used as pressure-resistant insulation up to a temperature of 280 °C. K-Therm® can resist temperatures of up to 1500 °C. Our material range for up to 800 °C is suitable for pressure-resistant electrical insulation. The semi-finished ceramic parts are suitable for mechanically robust components up to 1200 °C. GleitTherm® was developed for special sliding applications, for example slide rails. Special graphites up to 600 °C or composite materials up to 350 °C; additionally, oil-free high-temperature slide bearings up to 800 °C. ThermTextil® offers flexible thermal protection, even when ready-made, from fabrics to hoses. Aramids up to 300 °C, glass fibre textiles up to 800 °C, silicium fibres up to 1200 °C; oxide fibres up to 1400 °C.

We are the exclusive distributor of polyether ether ketone (PEEK) CoPEEK from Panjin Zhongrun and sell polyimide (PI) Meldin® from Saint Gobain and (TPI) AURUM® from Mitsui Chemicals. Our range also includes polybenzimidazole (PBI), polyamide-imide (PAI) and polyetherimide (PEI). We also recycle. We buy back clean, sorted PEEK scrap. International operations are important to BIEGLO. We have many foreign customers, and can now draw on an international network of suppliers to deliver our popular products. BIEGLO also operates a number of online shops: PEEK-shop.de, PI-shop.de, PAI-shop.de, PBI-shop.de and PEI-shop.de. Our CoPEEK comes from Panjin Zhongrun in China. We offer it as either granulate or powder in different viscosities. Our range also includes semi-finished products in PEEK, including plates, tubes, rods, filaments and films. Meldin® PI is supplied by Saint Gobain and manufactured in the USA. We supply Meldin® semi-finished products in the form of plates and rods, as well as direct formed parts. AURUM® thermoplastic polyimide from Mitsui Chemicals in Japan is the thermoplastic with the highest glass transition temperature (Tg) of 245 °C. We offer PBI and PBI PEEK compounds made from Celazole®. Products in the Celazole® T Series are PBI compounds developed for injection moulding and extrusion.
