SPECIALIST IN INDIVIDUAL SOLUTIONS FOR LASER PRECISION FINISHING. LILA GmbH has been active as a specialist in laser precision finishing for more than 25 years. In addition to fine cutting and precision drilling, precision laser welding is a particular expertise. A wide range of metals and ceramic materials are processed on 25 fixed bed and fibre laser systems. Quality assurance at the highest level is obligatory at LILA, which is why all processes are certified both according to DIN EN ISO 9001 and according to the DIN EN ISO 13485 medical standard. Medical cannulas, measurement electrodes, surgical instruments, components for sensitive gauges or complex components for precision operations are standard metal workpieces that are manufactured at LILA. LILA is the market leader in the field of thick ceramics in particular, and can process material thicknesses of 0.1 mm–27 mm. Peter Hirt linear ball bearings adapted to be play-free. The components of linear ball bearings, including shaft, ball cage and housing, are individually lapped and honed together in matched sets for each individual linear ball bearing. This ensures no stick-slip effect and maximum lifetime values. Peter Hirt thread gauge feelers are available from the smallest size of 0-200 (ball diameter 0.200 mm) up to size 12 (ball diameter 4.000 mm). The smallest thread gauge feeler at present, size 0-200 with a ruby ball diameter of 0.200 mm, is sized for measuring threads up to size M1.7. The thread gauge feelers are available individually or in a protective wooden box as a 12 pc, 13 pc or 14 pc set. Signal conditioning modules from Peter Hirt are specially calibrated for T-series tranducers with TESA® compatible half-bridge circuit. Modules are available with supply voltages of 5, 12 or 24 VDC and with a bipolar or unipolar output signal of ± 5 VDC, ± 10 VDC, 0-5 VDC, 0-10 VDC

AGK® manufactures individual components for thermal and electrical insulation. Based on drawings, we manufacture one-off parts and small lots using CNC; insulation parts are manufactured up to a size of 1300 x 3400 mm. We offer a selection of more than 100 multi-functional insulating materials. DuroBest® materials are suitable for high-strength, electrically insulating machine parts. Thermosetting materials are used as pressure-resistant insulation up to a temperature of 280 °C. K-Therm® can resist temperatures of up to 1500 °C. Our material range for up to 800 °C is suitable for pressure-resistant electrical insulation. The semi-finished ceramic parts are suitable for mechanically robust components up to 1200 °C. GleitTherm® was developed for special sliding applications, for example slide rails. Special graphites up to 600 °C or composite materials up to 350 °C; additionally, oil-free high-temperature slide bearings up to 800 °C. ThermTextil® offers flexible thermal protection, even when ready-made, from fabrics to hoses. Aramids up to 300 °C, glass fibre textiles up to 800 °C, silicium fibres up to 1200 °C; oxide fibres up to 1400 °C.
