Utilizing only cold pressing, our first press oils are double filtered, avoiding solvent extraction and high temperatures to preserve purity and nutrients. Our Extra Virgin Sunflower Oil is cold-pressed and double-filtered, crafted exclusively from sunflower seeds. It's renowned in the culinary world for its high content of unsaturated fats, Omega 3, 6, and 9, and vitamin E, making it a healthful choice for various dishes. Our Extra Virgin Rapeseed Oil, also cold-pressed and double-filtered from quality rapeseeds, boasts a rich composition of proteins, carbohydrates, and minerals. It enhances brain function and helps prevent degenerative diseases, with just two tablespoons covering 98% of the daily Omega 3 requirement—essential for brain and heart health. We also offer a unique Extra Virgin Salad Oil, a 50-50 blend of rapeseed and sunflower oils. This mix is optimized for an ideal fatty acid profile, tailored to daily nutritional needs. Expanding our range, we've introduced Extra Virgin Flavored Oils using advanced ultrasound technology for flavor extraction—rosemary and basil, garlic, and hot peppers. This method ensures a superior oil quality by releasing bioactive components at the molecular level. Soon, we will launch Extra Virgin Sunflower Oil with added Lemon and Truffle, continuing our tradition of innovation.

Since 2001, CORNILLÉ, an expert in the processing of bovine by-products has been collecting 120, 000 tonnes of raw materials each year in the Grand-Ouest area from its partners, the abattoirs and cutting plants of the French food conglomerates AGROMOUSQUETAIRES (SVA Jean Rozé) and BIGARD. These by-products are transformed into fats, dehydrated proteins and bone minerals. CORNILLÉ has chosen to respect the hierarchy of uses by favouring the most relevant uses with the highest societal added value for its processes, such as Human Food, Livestock Feed, Pet Food, Oleochemicals, Biofuels and Fertilisers. CORNILLÉ is committed to working with its partners to reduce its carbon footprint and to contribute to a circular economy based on the use of renewable and sustainable resources: • we use renewable resources collected in France and recover 100% of them in biosourced products. • we produce biosourced proteins and fats with a much lower carbon footprint than imported vegetable proteins and oils (soybean, palm oil). • we optimise our energy and water consumption and permanently reduce our environmental impact. For example, we use decarbonated steam derived from the energy recovery of our waste. • For 70% of our heat requirements, as a substitute for fossil fuels, we use the decarbonated steam produced by SAVE.

The roots of the Allgäuer Ölmühle (Allgäu oil mill) lie in the heart of the Allgäu region in southern Germany. This where people go for health treatments and on holiday "just because it's good for you" thanks to the therapeutic effects of being in nature and healthy food to eat. The company was founded in 2004 and is located in the beautiful Ostallgäu district to the east, only a few minutes' drive from the motorway exit for Rückholz/Nesselwang (A7/138). Cold-pressed vegetable oils are the most valuable components and sources of energy for a healthy and balanced diet. We place great importance on using the best raw products and we process organically produced oilseeds and nuts, from local sources where possible. In addition, we can press and individually bottle special ingredients at your request. If you would like to drop in, please give us a quick call beforehand. We do not have any fixed opening hours because someone is usually available at our organic farm. We moved our production site to Kempten in central Allgäu a few years ago.

Our preserved food comes from our enthusiastic work in the fields, from the farmers' skilful hands that can give you the taste of delicious vegetables that are always processed within 24 hours from being picked. Now we have the privilege of supplying important companies of the food industry, only providing them with quality products that will allow you to taste the ancient recipes that have been passed on to us from one generation to another. In these recipes our love for the fields and good food comes back to life.

We own over 300 hectares of land and we plant and process all types of vegetables. We process millions of artichokes every year, making it our leading product but we also process tomatoes, aubergines, courgettes, peppers and onions. The conserves can be with or without oil and be packed in: cartons, 1 kg and 3 kg tins and larger cans according to our client's requirements. The company benefits from the professionalism of over 200 workers and from the most advanced technologies in the food preservation industry. This allows us in a few steps to directly process the vegetables while just fresh and always a few hours from picking. We have been granted the most important quality certifications in the food industry including BRC food, ISO 9001: 2008 and the ICEA certificate for organic farming. In the last few years we have been production the Torre Guaceto Fiaschetto tomato puree thanks to the liaison with Slow Food.
