Our specialist knowledge of how to reduce friction and wear on elastic components aims to achieve functional, economic and environmentally friendly optimisation of seals which are subjected to dynamic stress in accordance with our customers' individual specifications. Modern plasma technology allows us to adjust the tribological properties of a wide range of elastomers in terms of all customer-specific variables using sophisticated, custom-controlled computer technology.

CAST SOLUT GmbH was founded in 2007 and distributes its products all over the world. We offer a comprehensive rapid tooling and prototyping service, from developing the concept to the first prototypes and then the final component design ready for series production. With a modern machine fleet, innovative product concepts and a high level of expertise in consultancy, we manufacturer several million magnet systems "Made in Germany" every year. An extensive inventory of standard products enables rapid and flexible order processing. This means that it is possible to supply everything from small individual parts to large series parts.
