Since our foundation in 1995, we have become one of the world’s leading companies in the field of ultra-precision technology. As well as our UP technology (machine engineering) division, via which we supply our ultra-precision machines (UP machines) amongst other things, we also offer contract production (metal optics and tools). Our machine engineering division offers you the complete range of UP processing. UP machines for milling, turning, grinding, polishing, lapping and measuring are available, while we also provide special machines – all under one roof. In our contract production division, you can have optics and tools of the highest UP quality in piece production or also in high or low volume production. This unique synergy allows us to continually make improvements to our UP machinery thanks to the ongoing feedback from our own production department. In addition, interferometers and UP bearings (linear systems and rotary tables) are also available via our UP Technology division.

ITG Induktionsanlagen GmbH is a member of the SYSTEC corporate group and one of the leading manufacturers in the field of induction heating systems. Aside from carrying out customer-specific tasks in both traditional and new induction technology applications, we also offer an expert service for our systems worldwide. Qualified specialists are available for your specific application and, in collaboration with you, can develop a system concept in accordance with your vision. Typical applications include hardening, smouldering, heating, smelting, tempering, forging, annealing and coating. We develop and produce our own power supply. Our range of converters in the medium and high frequency range cover 50 Hz to 1000 kHz with power outputs from 2 kW up to several megawatts. Energy efficiency, energy savings and global requirements regarding "Green Economy" are at the heart of converter technology.
