The Otto Junker high-grade steel foundry in Lammersdorf, Simerath (20 km south of Aachen), specialises in special alloys. Our range of materials offers customers a wide selection of high-alloy iron-, nickel- and cobalt-based varieties. These materials are melted in highly efficient induction ovens, using vacuum technology where required. Our range of products includes corrosion-resistant alloys, heat-resistant alloys, non-magnetisable alloys, hard-wearing alloys and multiple special nickel- and cobalt-based alloys. We also make cast ferrous materials designed to handle exceptionally high levels of stress corrosion from JUNKERALLOY® nickel-based alloys. We have been producing and supplying many of these materials for decades. We produce more materials than are shown on our website – about 100 varieties in total.

We are a company in the field of CNC machining, specialising in the production of screws, connecting elements and made-to-order parts. Our company is based in Trier, near the Luxembourg border. The materials that we use for manufacturing include stainless steels, chrome-nickel steels and super duplex such as 1.4410 or 1.4501, as well as high-temperature nickel-based alloys such as Inconel 2.4856 or Nimonic 2.4952. We boast over ten years of experience, and we manufacture products on two new CNC-controlled machines as well as numerous others. The selection of products offered by the company ranges from conventional plain bearings on a bronze base with lubricating pins to a wide variety of application-dependent lubricant combinations, as well as newly developed products with 99.9% highly pure and chemically neutral graphite to prevent electrolytic corrosion. SL Gleitlagertechnik GmbH delivers worldwide with an export rate of over 60%. Special products include plain bearings made from highly pure nickel with dry lubricant for the chemical industry, which are intended for use in aggressive media and radioactive conditions, and high temperature plain bearings that can be used at temperatures of up to 850 °C under certain operating conditions.
