The headquater of Promostar located at ShenZhen, China with a 2000² meter workplant.Since 2016, Promostar has an office in Meerbusch, Germany. Since 2021 lunched a 3000² meter workplant in Jiangxi China. We can meet all industry demands, such as : Austronautic, Optik, Sensor, Electronic, Automotive, LED lighting, furniture, machinery & equipments, medicial equipments, plastic & moulds lines and so on. We can reach the tolerance within +/-0.002mm. The material we are using can be reached the standard cetifications from ROHS, REACH. Promostar invested a lot on the machines and worker technologies and we have a strong human resources department. All our team have more than 8 years relationship. We work on team. Ever since 1980, we have been producing stud welding units, accessories, stud welding machinery and welding studs from our 900 m² site. 1980: Company established by Hans-Joachim Arnhold. 1980-1990: Developing new equipment technology and expanding business areas. 1990: Construction of the current main building for administration, equipment production and stud storage. 1998: Expansion of the new building to include storage and production facility for special equipment. 2000: Into the second generation as Martin Arnhold joins the company. 2008: Introduction of the ISO 9001 quality standard. December 2013: Company founder Hans-Joachim Arnhold hands the company over to his son, Martin, and begins his well earned retirement. We operate in more than 50 countries around the world.

The Otto Junker high-grade steel foundry in Lammersdorf, Simerath (20 km south of Aachen), specialises in special alloys. Our range of materials offers customers a wide selection of high-alloy iron-, nickel- and cobalt-based varieties. These materials are melted in highly efficient induction ovens, using vacuum technology where required. Our range of products includes corrosion-resistant alloys, heat-resistant alloys, non-magnetisable alloys, hard-wearing alloys and multiple special nickel- and cobalt-based alloys. We also make cast ferrous materials designed to handle exceptionally high levels of stress corrosion from JUNKERALLOY® nickel-based alloys. We have been producing and supplying many of these materials for decades. We produce more materials than are shown on our website – about 100 varieties in total.
