Founded in a garage in 1989, Micromat Spannhydraulik GmbH has grown into a medium-sized business that operates internationally. We employ 70 highly motivated workers across our main site in Rutesheim and our small branch in Malmsheim, who are involved in the development, construction and manufacturing of high-quality hydraulic cylinders. No matter if you are a wholesaler, or if your business concerns mechanical engineering, machine tools or the automotive industry – we will provide the perfect solution for you. QUIRI-MICROMAT® – our new joint brand logo. Through collaboration with the French company QUIRI under the joint company logo of QUIRI-MICROMAT®, we can now offer our customers a larger combined product range that includes hydraulic clamping elements, cylinders, special solutions and various accessories.

REICH MIM GMBH

The expertise of Reich MIM GmbH is the production of metal injection moulded parts, or MIM for short. Reich MIM GmbH is located in Schwarzenberg in the German federal state of Saxony. With over 40 employees and a production area of approx. 2200 m², Reich MIM GmbH is a medium-sized company that is entirely family-owned. MIM technology is suitable for components with a high degree of shape complexity that are to be produced without reworking (undercuts, threads). The main areas of application are automotive and mechanical engineering, measurement and control technology, precision mechanics, the lock and fittings industry, tool technology, medical technology and the field of household appliances.

UNIFLEX-HYDRAULIK GMBH

In 1972, the machine builder and graduate engineer Peter Schröck established Uniflex-Hydraulik GmbH in Frankfurt/Main. Owing to pioneering innovations and extraordinary product quality, the flourishing enterprise soon developed into a global provider of machines for hose production. Uniflex-Hydraulik GmbH became a member of Freiherren Waitz group in 1992. This laid the foundation for further growth: in 1996, the company occupied a new, larger office and production building in Karben, 10 km north of Frankfurt. The subsidiary UNIFLEX of America LLC. with its present registered office in Schaumburg near Chicago, Illinois, was established in 1998 to support the markets in the Americas. In June 2004, UNIFLEX opened a subsidiary in Singapore from where our Asia-Pacific customers are served. We are also represented by offices in Tangerang/Indonesia and Shanghai/China since 2007 and 2009, respectively. Today, after 40 years, UNIFLEX is a system provider in hose production – from workshop equipment to production plants. Innovative and reliable as well as durable hose crimpers, cutting machines, pin prick tools, skiving machines, marking tools, test systems, software and cleaning machines have been and are being developed and marketed in close cooperation with leading hose manufacturers and users.

With over 70 years of expertise, the manufacturer BRINKMANN PUMPS offers a complete range of high tech coolant pumps based on centrifugal pumps or screw pumps. The pumps are primarily used in units for the machine tool industry. Further innovative fields of application are the printing machine industry, the plastics industry and the beverage industry. As a family-run, independent company with around 300 employees, BRINKMANN PUMPS is focused on the needs of clients and users. Benefit from short reaction times as a result of a product development department which fulfills all requirements in terms of performance, efficiency and long service lives. Prototypes are quickly and inexpensively implemented as small and medium series production using the latest production techniques.
