Our hydraulic presses are manufactured in accordance with German machinery directives, European machinery directives (2006/42/EC), EC standards and EU safety regulations. Our presses also exceed the Canadian and European safety requirements since they correspond to the national Brazilian machinery safety directive NR 12. Predominantly hydraulic components from European manufacturers are integrated in the hydraulics system. Our main strength is specialised mechanical engineering and press automation. We sell custom hydraulic presses at surprisingly good prices in accordance with your specifications in various designs, e.g. spotting presses, double-column presses, open-front presses (C-frame presses), column presses. A number of our presses are already in use in Germany and the rest of Europe to the satisfaction of our customers. In South America, our customers also include the largest companies in the automotive and petroleum industries, for example.

In 1996, we emerged from a company which had previously been highly renowned for its laboratory machines and had been active on the market for 100 years. That company was Ruth Schwabenthan Maschinenfabrik and we consider ourselves the perfect successor to continue the product range of the time on the same market. Some loyal employees from the core workforce of the old company were actively involved in founding our new company. Setting out again after this hard break was tough, even though we had some crucial employees at the beginning who already had extensive and relevant experience from the previously mentioned Schwabenthan company to draw from. Since then, our company has had many of its own experiences and gathered its own expertise by successfully making an impressive number of machine designs a reality. Our customers not only come from Germany but are also increasingly from the rest of Europe and some are even from further afield right across the globe.

We specialise in manufacturing moulded parts, profiles, O-ring cords and hose rings. In our work, we place a particular emphasis on the small- and medium-series segment, as well as custom-made products. Achieving the right blend is key and remains our best-kept secret. When developing our formulations, we use a number of different raw materials that are compatible with one another. You will still be able to find the unique mix that makes up your product even years later. Quality examples: Hydrolysis-resistant PU. HNBR, FDA conformity in EPDM, NR, NBR and FKM. KTW/W270 – EPDM 70 ±5 Shore A black. KM – also available in different colours. NBR up to -40 °C. Black FDA-compliant qualities in EPDM + NBR. We have six state-of-the-art return presses and two Maplan injection presses in operation. We also have two cold-feed and four conventional extruders for producing profiles. In addition, since early 2021, we have also operated a film vulcanisation system.
