We manufacture spot-welded wire mesh to your measurements and specifications - WDM Deutenberg specialises in industrial wire mesh manufactured to individual customer requirements. Our spot-welded wire mesh is available in sizes from 300 x 250 mm to 8000 x 2400 mm depending on the mesh type and wire diameter. We use four different types of wire and materials to produce our meshes: bare wire, galvanised wire, zinc-aluminium-coated wire and stainless steel wire. In addition to the wire types, we have different diameters to suit your application, from 2.0 mm to 18.0 mm. Our spot-welded wire meshes are suitable for a wide range of applications. They are used in industries such as landscaping, agricultural construction, mechanical engineering, shop fitting, metal processing, and the food industry, electrical industry, construction industry and retail. Our production lines can handle sheets up to 800 mm wide and thicknesses of 0.3 mm to 4 mm, with a maximum length of 12, 500 mm. These characteristics are sufficient to easily meet the specific needs of any of our clients. Profiles are made as standard lengths or can be cut to size. Our production facilities enable us to create precision curved profiles. We have extensive experience in the design and manufacture of special profile installations.

Thanks to more than 60 years of concentrated further development of our core business, our company now specialises in producing grids and meshes of all kinds for our customers. We provide products both for retail and directly for end customers. Our company was founded in 1945 as a metalworking company with subdivisions for fencing and door construction. Even in its early years, the company incorporated a small mechanical engineering department, in order to design wire processing machines for in-house use. In the 1970s, wire weaving developed into an equally important source of income for the company. In 1978, the first fully automatic production facility for corrugated grids and stamping grids was built, the company relocated to Erkrath and new markets were opened up thanks to the company concentrating on manufacturing wire meshes. In 1995, the product range was expanded to include spot-welded grids and profile edgings. Manufacturing is now carried out on four fully automated production lines.
